The Snow White (Lamaita) mix does not require boiling and is ready in 5 minutes. The product can also be used for other puff pastries.
Ingredients needed: 1 liter of cold milk 80 g of granulated sugar 40 g of powdered sugar 100 g of butter the zest and juice of one lemon.
Preparation:1. Place the contents of the sachet in a bowl, add the sugar and cold milk from the fridge and mix immediately with the mixer for 3 minutes at high speed.2. Using the mixer, mix the butter (at room temperature) with the powdered sugar for 1 minute until it becomes foamy.3. Add the cream prepared in step 1 over the butter foam and mix with the mixer until completely smooth. Grate the zest from a lemon, squeeze the juice and add to the cream. Spread the cream thus obtained evenly between the baking sheets.
